Sign in and create your business
  1. Open the business sign-in page and enter your Libyan mobile number. Enter the verification code sent by SMS. There is no password to remember.
  2. New business? Use the registration flow, choose your business type, and complete the setup steps: details, hours, resources, services, and branding.
  3. Choose a short, recognizable booking address when registering. This is the link you will share with customers.
  4. If you finish setup later, return to the dashboard setup prompts. Saved steps remain available.
Use this guide
  1. Follow the chapters in order for your first setup, or search for a task. Open any screenshot to enlarge it.
  2. Screenshots use a fictional demonstration business. Names, dates, prices and available controls may differ with your business type and permissions.
  3. Open dashboard links in a new tab if you want to keep this guide beside your work. Changes in your dashboard only take effect after you save them.
Prepare an announcement and keep your link visible
  1. Open Launch kit. Check availability, download an image or copy a caption, and choose one announcement channel.
  2. Place the booking link in your business bio or another permanent location, test it as a visitor, then report and save your progress or continue later.

Set your business information
  1. Open Settings. Enter the Arabic business name and add the English name for English-speaking customers.
  2. Write a short description in each language: what you offer, who it is for, and any useful arrival instructions. Descriptions allow up to 300 characters.
  3. Enter the business contact number customers should call. This is separate from the phone you use to sign in.
  4. Save, then open Booking page and switch between Arabic and English to check both versions.

Venue or online meeting

Connect the booking to the right place.

Venue or online meeting — Numoo demonstration business Click to enlarge
Demonstration business. Your business data and available controls may differ.
Add directions to your venue
  1. In Settings, choose the venue / in-person location option. Enter a clear address, including a useful landmark if needed.
  2. Open your business location in Google Maps, choose Share, and copy its link. Paste the complete HTTPS link into the map-link field.
  3. Save and open a booking confirmation to check Get directions. Confirm the map points to the entrance your customers should use.
Set an online meeting destination
  1. Choose Online and paste a valid HTTPS meeting link, such as Google Meet or your meeting provider. Save your changes.
  2. Check the meeting action on a booking confirmation. Test the link using a customer device and verify any meeting admission settings.
  3. This is a business-level link, not an automatically generated private room for each appointment. Do not paste an organizer-only or administrator link. Online location does not mean online payment.

Upload or replace your logo
  1. In Settings, find the brand / logo area. Click the upload area or drag an image into it. Use PNG, JPG or WebP, no larger than 5 MB.
  2. Choose a clear logo with enough space around it. Check the preview, then press Save; choosing a file alone does not save it.
  3. To replace it, choose a new file and save. To remove it, use the remove-logo option and save.
  4. Open the public booking page to confirm the saved result. If uploads are unavailable, the platform administrator must enable image storage.
Choose an accessible colour
  1. Choose a preset colour to start, or use the custom colour picker for your brand. Watch the preview before saving.
  2. The colour styles your customer booking experience. It does not assign a separate colour to every staff member or appointment.
  3. Save, then check buttons and selected dates on a phone. Use Reset to default and save if you want the original Numoo palette.

People, rooms & resources

A resource is the person or place whose time can be booked.

People, rooms & resources — Numoo demonstration business Click to enlarge
Demonstration business. Your business data and available controls may differ.
Create a bookable calendar
  1. Open Resources and expand New resource. Choose the appropriate type: staff member, asset or room.
  2. Enter its Arabic name and, optionally, English name. For example: Dr Ahmed, consultation room, or Chair 1.
  3. Set a short link slug if needed, or use the suggested one. Use lowercase English letters, numbers and hyphens.
  4. Keep the resource active, save it, then assign it to the services it can deliver. Creating a resource alone does not make every service available on it.
Edit, pause or share a resource
  1. Expand an existing resource to edit and save its details. Turn off Active to pause new bookings for it.
  2. Use its Hours link to adjust its calendar. Use its public link when customers should book that particular person or room.
  3. A calendar is not a staff login. Invite and link the person from Team if they need dashboard access.

Services, prices & images

Tell customers exactly what they can book.

Services, prices & images — Numoo demonstration business Click to enlarge

Add and illustrate a service
  1. Open Services, expand New service, and choose an appointment, group class or hourly rental.
  2. Enter an Arabic name and optional English name. Add concise descriptions in both languages, up to 160 characters each.
  3. Choose a service photo using the upload area. PNG, JPG and WebP are supported up to 5 MB. Preview the image before saving.
  4. Set duration and price in LYD, select the resources that provide the service, keep it active, and save. Check it on the customer booking page.
Configure classes and rentals
  1. For a group class, set its duration and capacity: how many customers can book the same session.
  2. For an hourly rental, set minimum and maximum duration and the duration increment customers can choose. Check whether pricing is flat or per hour.
  3. Test the customer flow after saving: the available durations or remaining class capacity should match your offer.
Control booking rules and make changes
  1. Expand Advanced to add preparation or cleanup time before and after appointments. These buffers affect availability.
  2. Set minimum notice to prevent last-minute bookings, and the booking horizon to limit how far ahead customers can book.
  3. Expand an existing service to update it. Replacing or removing its image requires Save. Turn off Active to stop new bookings without deleting old booking records.
  4. A listed price is a booking value, not proof of payment. Do not tell a customer payment has been collected merely because a booking is confirmed.

Add-ons & optional extras

Offer products and extras alongside a booking, with clear prices and quantities.

Create an add-on
  1. Open Add-ons in your dashboard and expand New add-on. Enter its Arabic name and, optionally, its English name and a short description in each language.
  2. Add an optional product photo (PNG, JPG or WebP, up to 5 MB), set its price in LYD and choose the maximum quantity per booking, from 1 to 5.
  3. Set its display order, leave Active selected and save. New add-ons use the shared list across your services; this form does not offer per-service assignment.
  4. Open your public booking link, choose a service and time, and check the optional extras before confirmation. Up to eight eligible add-ons are shown; use the display order to put the most useful first.
Understand time, totals and later edits
  1. An add-on does not reserve time, extend an appointment or change capacity. If an extra needs additional appointment time, configure a suitable service instead.
  2. For example, a 40 LYD service plus two 5 LYD extras totals 50 LYD. A service discount changes the service amount only; extras keep their own prices.
  3. Edit an add-on and save to change future choices. Turn off Active to hide it from new bookings. Confirmed bookings retain the saved add-on names, quantities and prices.
  4. A confirmed total is the booking value, not a payment receipt. Payment is currently arranged at the visit.

Discounts & automatic promotions

Run offers on selected services without changing their saved catalogue prices or asking customers for a promo code.

Create and preview an offer
  1. Open Discounts and choose New offer. Give it an Arabic name and an optional English name that clearly describes the offer.
  2. Choose a percentage discount (1–100%) or a fixed amount in LYD. Select the services included in the offer and review the price preview.
  3. For example, 20% off a 50 LYD service makes it 40 LYD. A fixed discount cannot make the service price negative. Add-ons are priced separately.
  4. Set an optional start and end in your business timezone. With no start date the active offer begins immediately; with no end date it continues until paused. Leave Active selected and save.
Know when the discount applies
  1. The offer checks when the customer makes the booking, not the appointment date. An offer ending Friday can apply to a booking made Thursday for a visit the following week.
  2. The customer receives an eligible discount automatically; no promo code is required. The selected service must also be active and available for booking.
  3. When several offers cover the same service, the best customer price wins. Discounts do not stack. Rental pricing is calculated for the selected duration before applying the service discount.
  4. Open your public booking link and check the final price with the intended service, duration and extras before sharing the offer.
Pause, edit or finish a promotion
  1. Use the status cards to distinguish Live, Scheduled, Paused and Ended offers. Expand an offer to edit its services, value or dates, then save.
  2. Use Pause to stop applying the offer to new bookings. Resume makes it eligible again only if its dates allow it. An offer stops at its end time.
  3. The service catalogue retains its original price. Editing, pausing or ending an offer does not reprice confirmed bookings; simply rescheduling a booking also keeps its saved price.
  4. These are automatic service offers, not a bulk SMS marketing campaign. Share your business booking link through your normal channels when you want to announce one.

Your recurring weekly hours

Set the normal week once, then adjust exceptions separately.

Your recurring weekly hours — Numoo demonstration business Click to enlarge

Build your usual working week
  1. Open Hours. For each working day, enter the opening and closing times in the first shift.
  2. Use the second shift for a split day, such as 09:00–13:00 and 16:00–20:00. Leave closed days empty.
  3. Use the 24-hour option only if you actually accept bookings throughout that day. Save the schedule.
  4. Times use the business booking timezone, Africa/Tripoli. Check a few dates on the customer page after saving.

Change one particular week

Handle a temporary change without replacing your normal hours.

Change one particular week — Numoo demonstration business Click to enlarge
Demonstration business. Your business data and available controls may differ.
Add or remove a date-specific override
  1. Open the weekly schedule and navigate to the correct week. Check the actual dates before editing.
  2. Keep As scheduled for days that should follow recurring hours. Select Custom for a day that needs different hours and fill its shifts.
  3. To close that specific day, choose Custom and leave both shifts empty. Save week.
  4. To restore the normal timetable, return that date to As scheduled and save. Existing bookings are not automatically rescheduled when you change hours.

Adjust one resource
  1. Open Resources and select Hours beside the person or room.
  2. Keep inheritance enabled if it should follow the business schedule. Disable inheritance to enter a separate recurring week and save.
  3. Use that resource’s weekly page for temporary, date-specific changes. Always check the calendar name before saving.
  4. Linked staff can use My hours when their role permits it. If this is missing, ask an owner to check their Team role and calendar link.

Holidays & blocked time

Keep unavailable periods out of new customer bookings.

Holidays & blocked time — Numoo demonstration business Click to enlarge

Block a day or time range
  1. In Hours, find the closures / blocked-time section. Choose a start date and an end date if the closure spans several days.
  2. Choose all day, or enter start and end times for a partial closure. Select specific resources, or leave the selection empty to apply to all.
  3. Add a useful reason and save. Review any conflict warning and check existing appointments separately; a closure does not automatically cancel them.
  4. Remove an existing block when it no longer applies, then check availability again.

Team access & permissions

Give each person the access their work needs.

Team access & permissions — Numoo demonstration business Click to enlarge
Demonstration business. Your business data and available controls may differ.
Invite and link a teammate
  1. Open Team and enter the teammate’s mobile number and name. Choose their role.
  2. Link an existing calendar, create one where offered, or leave them without a calendar if their work is administrative. Save the invitation.
  3. The teammate signs in with their own phone and SMS code. Never share your own verification code.
  4. Edit a team member to change their role or calendar. Disable their active membership to remove business access when they leave.
Choose the right role
  1. Owner and manager can manage business configuration and the team, with owner-protection restrictions.
  2. Front desk works with bookings and customers across calendars, without business-configuration access.
  3. Staff work within their linked calendar and permitted personal-hours controls. Missing menu items can therefore be expected.
  4. If your phone belongs to several businesses, use Switch business. Check the business name before making changes, and sign out on shared devices.

Navigate and filter your day
  1. Open Today. Move to the previous or next day, pick a date, or return to today.
  2. Choose all calendars or one resource, then search by customer or service. Use status filters to focus on confirmed, completed or attention-needed bookings.
  3. Open a booking for its full details and actions. Use Refresh for the latest view.
  4. The next-appointment card helps you prepare. An overdue confirmed appointment needs review; it does not automatically prove that the customer failed to attend.

Phone bookings & walk-ins

Add a booking yourself
  1. Choose New booking. Select the service, a resource or Any available, then the date and time.
  2. Enter the customer’s name, optional phone and useful notes. Without a phone, no SMS can be sent for that booking.
  3. Save once and check the resulting booking in the dashboard. If the time conflicts, choose another suitable time instead of repeatedly submitting it.
  4. For a customer calling you, repeat the service, date, time and price before saving.

Complete, change or cancel

Keep the booking status true to what actually happened.

Complete, change or cancel — Numoo demonstration business Click to enlarge
Demonstration business. Your business data and available controls may differ.
Update a confirmed booking
  1. Open the booking from Today. Review its service, customer, phone, notes, time, source and current status.
  2. Use Showed up after the service is delivered. Use No-show only when you have confirmed the customer did not attend.
  3. Change service keeps the start time. A longer service needs enough free time after the booking. Changes to or from group classes are not supported. Check for an error before assuming the change was saved.
  4. To cancel, choose Cancel and confirm the prompt. Verify the updated status; cancellation releases availability and notification is attempted where a phone is present.
Reschedule with the customer
  1. The customer can use the private management link from their confirmation or SMS and choose Reschedule.
  2. They choose a new available time and confirm it. Check the updated booking afterwards. Their old time is not released just by opening the rescheduling page.
  3. The business booking-detail screen does not currently offer a dedicated reschedule button. Coordinate through the customer’s management flow rather than promising an unavailable control.

The customer experience

Review the steps safely without creating a booking or sending a message.

The customer experience — Numoo demonstration business Click to enlarge
Demonstration business. Your business data and available controls may differ.
Safe walkthrough
  1. Open Launch kit from your dashboard, then Try the safe walkthrough.
  2. Review the service, time and price, then open the example confirmation. No appointment is reserved and no message is sent.
  3. This checks the steps and appearance, not message delivery or booking persistence.
Walk through a customer booking
  1. Open Booking page from the dashboard. Choose a service, then a person or resource where offered.
  2. Choose a day and an available time. The full calendar helps customers explore more dates.
  3. Enter the customer name, a valid Libyan mobile number and any optional notes, then confirm. No customer account is required.
  4. For a test, use your own details and a suitable test slot: this creates a real booking and may send SMS. Cancel the test afterwards.
Use the confirmation page
  1. Review the confirmation summary and business name. Use Add to calendar to download a calendar event; this is not two-way calendar synchronization.
  2. Get directions or the online meeting action uses the destination saved in business settings.
  3. Reschedule and Cancel booking let the customer manage the appointment. Keep this private link safe: anyone holding it may be able to manage the booking.
  4. SMS delivery depends on a correct number and the messaging provider. A delayed message does not mean the booking failed; check the dashboard before trying again.

Customer records

Find returning customers and understand their booking history.

Customer records — Numoo demonstration business Click to enlarge

Find a customer
  1. Open Customers. Records are built from booking activity; you do not need to create every customer separately.
  2. Search by name or phone. Review the available visit counts, last visit and no-show information.
  3. Use the call action when you need to reach them. Staff access is limited by their calendar permissions.
  4. This directory is not a campaign sender or a customer import/export screen. Use customer contact details only for appropriate business purposes.

Numbers & the day sheet

Understand activity and prepare a practical handover.

Numbers & the day sheet — Numoo demonstration business Click to enlarge
Demonstration business. Your business data and available controls may differ.
Read the dashboard numbers
  1. Review daily counts and the weekly activity chart in Today. Select a chart day to inspect that date.
  2. Booked value reflects booking prices; missed value helps show the impact of no-shows. Neither is a bank statement or evidence of collected revenue.
  3. Keep completed and no-show statuses accurate so these summaries remain useful.
Print or share the day sheet
  1. From the chosen day and resource in Today, open Day sheet. Check its date and calendar before sharing.
  2. Use Print to open your browser’s print dialog, where you can also save as PDF.
  3. WhatsApp sharing opens a prepared message. Choose the recipient and send it yourself.
  4. The sheet contains customer details. Share it only with the people who need it to run the day.

Put your link where customers already are
  1. Copy the public booking link from Settings or the Booking page address. Open it in a signed-out browser to check it.
  2. Add it to your social-media bio, WhatsApp business profile, website booking button and customer replies.
  3. Share a resource’s link if the customer should book a specific person or room. Share the general business link to show the business selection.
  4. Do not share an admin URL or a private booking-management link as your public booking address.

Troubleshooting & feature limits

A quick check when something does not look right.

No available times or missing services
  1. Check that both the service and its assigned resource are active, with a valid resource assignment.
  2. Review normal hours, that specific week, resource hours and closures. Check minimum notice, booking horizon, duration, buffers and existing bookings.
  3. Make sure you are checking the correct date and resource, then refresh the public page.
Images, links or changes did not save
  1. Check the form for an error, confirm image type and size, and press Save after selecting a file.
  2. Use complete HTTPS map or meeting links. Check the saved result from a customer view.
  3. If a menu is missing, check your role and selected business. If a problem persists, note the page, action, time and error text for your platform administrator; never include OTP codes or private booking links in public screenshots.
What this version does not configure
  1. Online deposits, online payment collection and configurable bulk SMS marketing campaigns are not available in this version. Automatic service promotions are available in Discounts; see the Discounts chapter.
  2. Booking confirmation and reminder messaging should not be confused with a configurable marketing campaign.
  3. This guide describes the controls currently available. A feature mentioned on a marketing page is not necessarily an enabled business setting.
